“For the ‘BIG’ video, we really tried to do something that reflected the music,” shared Grandtheft. “We continue to explore a dream land filled with crazy characters – both real and imagined – as jazz begins to explode into a giant,” he continued.
At the end of the video, Jazz becomes the man he manifested in the song’s contagious hook. He recalls that he is “trying to get BIG”, comparing himself and his art with other metaphorical giants like Tupac, Biggie, MJ, Prince and more.
Jazz shared that he enjoyed working with Grandtheft because of where they creatively conversed, which just happens to be a sentiment shared by other artists who have reached Grandtheft’s as well. Wild ways album.
In addition to working with rising Toronto Jazz legend Cartier, Grandtheft got features from artists like Mighty Haviah, Duke Deuce, Dom Vallie, Just John, Yung tory and many more in the United States and Canada.
