According to the information provided on the company’s website, apart from India, Ku app is currently available in more than 200 countries including America, UK, Singapore, Canada, Nigeria, UAE Arab States, Algeria, Nepal and Iran. Ku is available in 10 languages.
Koo was launched in March 2020 as a native microblogging app. Koo is manufactured by Bombinet Technologies Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. The app was designed by Indians Aprameya Radhakrishna and Mayank Bidwatka.
Twitter has 220 million active users worldwide. It has 76 million users in America and 23 million users in India. Around 500 million tweets are posted around the world every day. Twitter was launched in July 2006. It was founded by Jack Dorsey, Noah Glass, Evan Williams and Biz Stone.
