We recently updated our site experience to make the gift registry process simpler and easier. Registry experience upgrades include new recommended items, available on the web and coming soon to our app, making it easy for customers to start their registry by selecting from a list of the most popular and popular items. wanted on our marriage or baby registers; and Scan to Add, a new feature coming soon to customers. This feature allows customers to scan in-store items using the Walmart app and add them directly to a register, making it easier to shop online or in-store. We also think lists have the potential to be a big help when it comes to holiday shopping. Kids can make their lists on Walmart.com – “heart” items to quickly add to a list and share with friends and family so they know exactly what gifts to get, making it easier for them to choose a gift with confidence. . So instead of wondering if your nephew prefers Legos or Hot Wheels these days, you can simply select from his gift list, add to cart, create a personalized gift message, and make it his holiday. And that’s just the beginning – we’ll be releasing lots of new features, making the donation experience simple, accessible and more fun!
New Walmart.com Site Features
When shopping for clothes, we know customers often wonder how to style a particular piece – what can they wear it with and how to accessorize it. Our new inline styling feature powered by Stylitics visual dressing and styling solution allows customers to complete the look. So whereas in the past a customer might be offered a dress, we want to take the next step and show the customer how she could dress that dress to suit her personal style or the occasion.
Another exciting upgrade is the Choose Your Own Design feature that we announced earlier this year on Walmart.com. Now, when purchasing an item of clothing, a customer no longer has to guess what the item will look like on her body. Instead, she can choose a model that more closely resembles her proportions to give a better idea of whether the item is murder or not.
An inclusive experience
However our customers pay for their food, we want them to enjoy convenient shopping options that fit their schedules. And we want to make the experience as seamless as possible for them. When shopping for groceries on Walmart.com, customers can select a filter to show only EBT- or SNAP-eligible items and can easily identify EBT-eligible products through badges clear on the article and search pages. Then they can simply use their EBT or SNAP Debit Cards to pay at checkout. So whether you’re looking for a holiday meal or one of over 100 dinners in between, we’ve got you covered.
To make our online shopping experience even more inclusive, we’ve made significant improvements to our Spanish language search experience on Walmart.com. Customers can enable or disable translated query and search in Spanish for more than 600,000 of the most commonly ordered items.

Of course, it remains crucial that we continue to stick to the fundamentals: quality items at great prices and convenient, flexible pick-up and delivery options.

More robust content on item pages (videos, images and more) ensures that when a customer lands on a product they’re interested in, they have all the information they need to purchase it with confidence .
