Two deaths and 300 new cases of covid 19 were reported in Vermont on Tuesday. 26 new cases of the virus have been reported in Windham County. Vermont Gov. Phil Scott and Department of Financial Regulation Commissioner Michael Pieciak on Tuesday announced a emergency regulations issued by the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation requiring health insurers to cover the costs of home testing for COVID-19 antigen (commonly referred to as “rapid” tests).
